Account Registration & Eligibility

- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name may result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

- Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing them with others or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
- You must be a lawful citizen or resident of Bangladesh and must use online gaming under the conditions legally applicable in your region.
Identity Verification (KYC)
pcd88 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. This process generally applies in the following situations:
- When submitting a withdrawal request for the first time
- For transactions involving large amounts
- When unusual activity is detected on an account
- Before withdrawing bonus funds
Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to submit the required documents correctly.
Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
The following conditions apply when depositing funds into pcd88:

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing from another person's account or transacting through a third party is prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be subject to investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
The following rules apply when withdrawing earned funds:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
- Timeframe: For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (wherever possible).
- All wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met before making a withdrawal.
- Under anti-money laundering regulations, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.
- If a withdrawal is attempted using only bonus funds without a deposit, the request will be cancelled.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus Rules
New members at pcd88 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To meet the wagering requirement for this bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing the bonus funds. Similarly, if you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
- A time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement — details will be stated on the bonus page.
- Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a different rate toward the wagering calculation.
- pcd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
VIP Program Terms
The pcd88 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

Prohibited Activities & Usage Restrictions
Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the pcd88 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to influence the gaming system through hacking, scripts, or any automated software.
- Collaborative cheating or match fixing with other members.
- Impersonating pcd88 staff to mislead others.
- Engaging in hateful, threatening, or offensive behaviour on the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Conditions
pcd88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
- If false information or inconsistencies are found in the details provided.
- If required KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time.
- If closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
- If the user submits a self-closure request (under the responsible gaming policy).
If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and it has not been forfeited due to a breach of terms, arrangements will be made to return it to the user.

- Only wager an amount you can afford to lose.

Protection of Minors
pcd88 strictly prohibits any person under the age of 21 from creating an account or using the platform. It is the account holder's responsibility to keep their device and login details out of reach of minors.
If a minor is found to have used an account holder's account and this is confirmed, all transactions from that account will be voided and the account will be permanently closed.
